I am a Swiss qualified lawyer with more than twelve years of experience supporting technology and SaaS companies across commercial, privacy, regulatory and operational matters.

My background includes working as in house legal counsel, board secretary and legal operations lead. I understand how fast moving organisations function, how decisions are made and where legal and operational risk tends to arise in practice.

I focus on providing legal support that founders and leadership teams can act on immediately. My approach is collaborative, structured and grounded in operational reality.

I am currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in England and Wales in order to expand my cross border advisory capability.
